Hip Chalets have created the Mindful Ski Breaks to offer an experience that will benefit your body, mind and soul + take your skiing to the next level.
By combining yoga, meditation and mindfulness with skiing and the beautiful surroundings in Chamonix, these short breaks will grounds you, strengthen you and elevate you.
By applying mindfulness to your skiing, you will be able to perfect your technique, take on challenges and relax on the snow.
The Mindful Ski Breaks will give you fantastic tools to apply on your day to day life, and contribute to a happier and healthier living.
Our Mindful Ski Breaks have already taken place this winter, but we will run more amazing sessions in 2019.
